Arizona’s attorney general on Friday filed a request for a temporary restraining order to stop the Biden administration from implementing an unconstitutional vaccine mandate as a lawsuit filed last month moves forward, FOX reported.

The state’s Attorney General argued that a temporary order is necessary as there would be no way of undoing the imminent violations of liberty without it.

“Once a vaccine has been administered, it can never be undone,” Attorney General Mark Brnovich said in a statement announcing the request. “The COVID-19 vaccine mandate is one of the greatest infringements upon individual liberty, federalism, and the separation of powers by any administration in our country’s history.”

Arizona first sued in the Biden regime in September after Biden announced measures that will force workers in the public and private sector in businesses with more than 100 employees to take the COVID shots or test weekly, with many workers having no alternative testing option offered all. It is expected to affect more than 100 million Americans.

“We’ve been patient but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us,” Biden said at the White House. “This is not about freedom or personal choice. It’s about protecting yourself and those around you.”

These recent moves have infuriated pro-liberty Americans across the political spectrum, with many saying they are unconstitutional and will hurt businesses & the economy.

The Arizona lawsuit focuses on the hypocrisy of mandating shots on American citizens when illegal aliens entering the country via the southern border are essentially given free rein, with the White House imposing no similar COVID-19 vaccination requirements. It argues that the mandate violates the Equal Protection Clause by allegedly favoring illegal aliens over American citizens.

FOX reported that more than 160,000 migrants have been released into the U.S. in recent months, and there has been no mandatory vaccine requirement, nor a uniform testing requirement along the border.

“The deadline for federal contractors to receive their first vaccine is approaching as early as Oct. 27, 2021, so time is of the essence,” the complaint says. “The deadline for federal employees to receive their first Pfizer or Moderna vaccine has already passed, but the November 8 deadline for them to receive their second dose (or their first and only dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine) is just weeks away.”

Joe Biden has repeatedly dismissed concerns about the mandate, saying on Thursday that those who oppose the compulsory policies are attempting to make vaccines “a political issue.”

“I have the freedom to kill you with my COVID,” Biden said, mocking those who oppose forced vaccination. “No, I mean, come on, freedom.”
