President Donald Trump’s legal team announced on November 24, 2020 that the state legislatures of Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Michigan have agreed to hold public hearings regarding the integrity of the November 3rd election. The first hearing is set to occur in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania on November 25, 2020. This move could be the first major step toward the undoing of the fraudulent results of the 2020 U.S Presidential Election.

The Trump Campaign statement reads: “each participating Senator will give a five-minute opening statement followed by testimony from witnesses who have filed affidavits attesting to 2020 election fraud.”

The first hearing will take place in Pennsylvania on Wednesday, November 25, the day before Thanksgiving. The Arizona state legislature will hold their hearing on November 30, 2020. Michigan will follow, holding their state legislature hearing on December 1, 2020.

The Trump Campaign statement sites Article 2, Section 1.2 of the United States Constitution. Here’s what they had to say:

“State Legislatures have the sole authority to select their representatives to the Electoral College, providing a critical safeguard against voter fraud and election manipulation.”

In these hearings, the Trump Campaign will present evidence that they allege proves widespread voter fraud and irregularities. Rudy Giuliani will be presenting in Pennsylvania at tomorrow’s hearing.

In the official November 24th statement, Rudy Giuliani said: “It’s in everyone’s interest to have a full vetting of election irregularities and fraud.”

There has been much doubt over the integrity of the U.S Presidential Election. These hearings will provide state legislatures with the information they need to confidently make a decision on how to address voting irregularities and allegations of fraud in their respective states.

The statement from the Trump Campaign was posted to Twitter by Attorney Jenna Ellis.
