A partner involed in advising the firm that purchased Dominion Voting Systems was pledging to do “anything” to keep Donald Trump out of office in the lead up to the 2016 presidential election.
According to the WikiLeaks disclosures from 2016, Kirkland & Ellis LLP partner Kamran S. Bajwa pledged to former Hillary Clinton campaign chair John Podesta that he would do “anything” to defeat Donald Trump. Kirkland & Ellis advised the private equity firm Staple Street Capital, who acquired Dominion in a joint partnership in 2018, as the deal was finalized.
He allegedly told Podesta in an email from Dec. 2015 that “it was a pleasure to meet this past Th in NY. As discussed, I want to do whatever I can by way of sharing ideas, raising funds, recruiting campaign volunteers, and anything else that can help with your campaign. I hope my small efforts to introduce you to a growing group of professionals like myself will be able to boost your important work for Secretary Clinton’s campaign.”
“I come to NY frequently and would welcome the opportunity to sit with you and discuss the best way to coordinate our efforts. If you will be in NY Jan 5, I will be free that day to meet you at any time and place convenient for you,” Bajwa added.
Podesta responded by saying that he couldn’t “remember whether we discussed Trump’s effect on ISIS/radical recruitment. You following that?”
“John, just a quick note to say I was catching up with my senior partner Bill Singer back in the office and letting him know of my intentions to help your campaign as much as I can. He was very effusive in his praise of you and asked me to send along his regards. I will look forward to being touch after the break,” Bajwa wrote in response on Dec. 21.
After the new year, Bajwa reached out to Podesta yet again, desperate to have another meeting with the man and make himself useful in the conspiracy to destroy Trump.
“I wanted to follow up on our brief conversation a few weeks back and see if you would be available to meet this coming Tuesday in NY? I will be in town for work and my schedule is flexible on Tuesday so if you can meet, I can come to you at a convenient time and place anytime prior to 5pm,” he wrote to Podesta on Jan. 2.
Podesta reached out to Clinton campaign staffer Milia Fisher for her to schedule the meeting, and the email correspondence ended there.
Big League Politics has reported about attorneys on Dominion’s payroll sending out threatening letters to vote fraud whistleblowers:
“Attorneys hired by Dominion voting systems have sent at least one intimidating letters with a list of demands to a electoral fraud whistleblowers in a battleground state where hundreds of independent observers allege witnessing vote rigging being performed on election night.
Big League Politics has obtained a letter that was sent to a Michigan whistleblower. The whistleblower, who wishes to remain anonymous due to potential retaliation, said that they did not even know what Dominion was when submitting their sworn affidavit about the fraud they observed at a ballot processing facility.
“This letter is your formal notice to cease and desist taking part in defaming Dominion and to preserve all documents that may be relevant to Dominion’s pending legal claims,” the letter stated.
The letter was sent on Dec. 28 by attorneys Thomas Clare and Megan Meier, who identified their firm as “defamation counsel” for Dominion. They sent the letter via Federal Express demanding for the whistleblower to produce private information, including communications with Trump administration attorneys, and issue a written response to the demands.
“Your obligation to preserve documents applies both to you, and to any entities that you control,” the attorneys wrote.
“Confirm receipt of this letter and that you intend to adhere to our request to retain documents as set forth above. This is not a complete recitation of Dominion’s rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved,” the letter demanded.
They had previously sent a letter to Melissa Carone, the former Dominion temp worker who has come forward with allegations of improprieties. However, this is the first known letter sent to a vote fraud whistleblower with no connection to Dominion.”
There is an intimidation campaign being waged against whistleblowers who witnessed election fraud first-hand in last year’s presidential election. These connections help to untangle the web of deceit being used to obscure the truth about last year’s capital crime which the U.S. Republic may never recover from.
