In a wholly partisan move that is fueled purely by politics, one Democrat House member has filed Bar Association complaints against Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and 22 of his team members seeking disbarment.

US Rep. Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ), has filed Bar Association complaints against Rudy Giuliani, the lead attorney for Donald Trump’s re-election campaign along with twenty-two other Trump campaign lawyers. He has done so in several of the states where the President is contesting the November 3, 2020, General Election results.

The President’s legal team has amassed an enormous amount of evidence – including sworn affidavits from eyewitnesses – indicated vote fraud and ballot tampering have taken place in several states. Lawsuits are pending in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, among other locations.

Pascrell is petitioning the Bar Association to disbar the attorneys for filing cases on behalf of President Trump to “overturn the election and demolish democracy” in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, New York and Pennsylvania.

As of this writing no state has moved to certify their elections. Once election certification takes place Electoral College Electors are assembled for a vote, this election on December 14, 2020. Those Electoral College Elector results are due in Washington, DC, on December23, 2020. They are then counted by a joint session of Congress on January 6, 2021.

In addition to targeting Giuliani, Pascrell targeted 22 other local attorneys in the states in which they are serving the President’s national team.

Pascrell’s move was immediately castigated by pundits as a political hit nothing short of the political prosecution executed by despots in Third World dictatorships.

Giuliani is a former US Attorney for the Southern District of New York who took down the New York Mafia crime families, and former two-term mayor of New York City.
