Israeli Air Force Strikes Hamas Targets in Response to
Election Day Rocket 1

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) struck Hamas targets in Gaza on Wednesday following the terror proxy’s decision to fire a rocket in the vicinity of where PM Netanyahu was visiting on Tuesday.

While the Jewish State was sorting through the first layer of election data on Wednesday, the IDF struck multiple Hamas targets inside the Gaza Strip. The strike followed the firing of a rocket by the Iranian-sponsored terror organization earlier in the day when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was visiting Beersheba. The PM could be seen being escorted from a restaurant by security guards.

Included in the targets hit on Wednesday were a Hamas rocket manufacturing location and a military post. The IDF Tweeted, “In response to the rocket fired from Gaza into Israel tonight, IDF fighter jets and attack helicopters struck a Hamas rocket manufacturing site and military post. Hamas will bear the consequences for terror activity against Israeli civilians.”

As of now, the extent of the damage remains unknown, including injuries and/or casualties.
