President Trump has continued to stump for Texas House candidate Susan Wright. In a statement released on Monday, the 45th president reminded Texans about Tuesday’s election to replace Susan Wright’s deceased husband Ron Wright and said “she will never let you down, go vote for Susan Wright.”

A super PAC linked to Trump made a big ad buy in support of Wright. The Make America Great Again Action PAC reportedly spent $100,000 on an ad push to back Wright, who has faced off against fellow Republican Jake Ellzey.

The 45th president also recorded a robocall to urge voters to go out on election day.

“I’m asking you to go out and vote for a great Republican, a great woman, Susan Wright,” he expressed. “The only way to stop Joe Biden from running our great country right into the ground is to elect conservatives like Susan Wright.”

Meanwhile, Trump is set to co-host a Telephone Town Hall on Monday night in support of Wright as she goes into the runoff as the favorite.
