President Trump recently said non-citizens voted in the state of Nevada.

On Thursday, the President took to Twitter to note that non-citizens are ineligible to vote, yet recent data showed thousands of them actually had their vote counted in this election cycle.

This news came just a day after the Senate committee heard testimony from Trump campaign lawyer Jesse Binnall. According to data from the DMV, 4,000 non-citizens who had Nevada driver’s licenses were registered to vote and had their ballots accepted in the presidential election.

“Incredibly, almost 4,000 non-citizens also voted, as determined by comparing official DMV records of non-citizens to the list of voters in the 2020 election,” Binnall stated. “The list goes on. All in all, our experts identified over 130,000 unique instances of voter fraud in Nevada.”

The DMV automatically registers all individuals who apply for a driver’s license to vote, which can accidentally include non-citizens who are legally allowed to attain licenses in Nevada.
