While everybody understands that Rep. Fred Upton (R-MI) is a RINO due to his despicable traitorous impeachment vote, a lesser known RINO – Rep. Bill Huizenga (R-MI) – is also vying for the state’s new 4th Congressional district seat.
Sources have told Big League Politics that Huizenga is angling for a Trump endorsement, hoping to steal it away from Trump-endorsed election integrity champion Steve Carra, who is currently serving in the state house of representatives.
However, Huizenga has a history of being a self-serving hack who throws Trump under the bus whenever the going gets tough.
Pick 6 Politics compiled damning information of Huizenga repeatedly showing his true colors. Back in 2016, Huizenga actually said it would be a “tough decision” voting for Trump over Hillary Clinton believing that Trump “diminished himself” following a biased fake news media smear campaign.
After the infamous Billy Bush tapes were released as an October surprise before the Nov. 2016 presidential vote, Huizenga threw President Trump under the bus yet again.
“Donald Trump’s recently unearthed comments are disgusting and indefensible. Mr. Trump has said he has dramatically changed his life since making these comments over a decade ago, and I am hoping and praying that is the case,” Huizenga said.
He also repeated media lies that Trump failed to condemn white nationalists and neo-Nazis, even though the president did repeatedly, after the Charlottesville riot in 2017.
“Today, President Trump had the opportunity to clearly refute the ideology spread by groups such as the KKK and White Supremacists and failed to do so. This shouldn’t be a tough decision. If an ideology promotes hate and targets individuals because of their race, religion, or gender it should be refuted,” Huizenga said.
Huizenga showed his tremendous weakness when he defended far-left, anti-American members of the “Squad” from much-deserved attacks levied by Trump.
“I strongly disagree with what the President said in a series of tweets over the weekend,” said Huizenga. “Every duly elected official needs to lead by example, end the personal character assassination attacks, and focus on finding ways to work together to make America the very best it can be. We are better than this — let’s start showing it.”
Even though Huizenga admitted that there were “issues” with how ballots were handled in Detroit on election night, he wouldn’t lift a finger to stop the fraudulent election from being certified and Biden from being installed into the White House by deep state forces.
“I will not be objecting to Michigan’s Electoral College results because of the hundreds of hours my team and I have put in investigating some of the allegations of systemic, system-wide fraud, I have not been able to find hard evidence of that at all,” he said.
“Are there issues and problems? Absolutely. All you have to do is look at what happened at TCF Center to know there are issues that have to be dealt with. But I don’t believe there’s 153,000 votes worth of that,” Huizenga added.
After Jan. 6, Huizenga made it clear he stood with Mike Pence as the cowardly former vice president refused to exert his authority to overturn blatant election fraud.
“Where my party goes, we’ll see. I’m very proud of how Mike Pence has handled himself, he’s a true man of god, a true man of integrity,” Huizenga said.
“What the President did with his first video was wholly inadequate, and even his 2nd one wasn’t adequate,” Huizenga added. “It shouldn’t have been Joe Biden going on TV first, President Trump should have been on TV telling supporters to stop, be peaceful, and go home.”
Huizenga’s actions and statements make it abundantly clear that he is completely out of step with the new America First GOP. Carra earned Trump’s endorsement by being an election fraud warrior from Day 1 who has doggedly opposed the GOP establishment in his state. He is the only candidate worth supporting in the 4th Congressional district race.
