Trump attorney Sidney Powell dropped a series of bombshell allegations during today’s “Path to Victory” press conference with Rudy Giuliani. Powell promised upcoming evidence in court that software and money originating from Communist Venezuela, Cuba and China had fixed the 2020 election for Joe Biden.
Powell had previously hinted in an interview with Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs that she was about to “Release the Kraken” on election irregularity and voter fraud in the 2020 election.
Her statement started off with a bang:
What we are really dealing with here, and uncovering more by the day, is the massive influence of communist money through Venezuela, Cuba and likely China in the interference here with our elections in the United States.
The Dominion voting systems, the Smartmatic technology software and the software that goes in other computerized voting systems here as well, not just Dominion, were created in Venezuela at the direction of Hugo Chavez to make sure he never lost an election after one constitutional referendum came out the way he did not want it to come out.
Powell specifically alleged is that Smartmatic, a voting software system which originated in Venezuela and was imported to Florida after the 2000 election, is in fact linked to the Canadian company Dominion Voting Systems.
Furthermore, that they both share software designed to allow end-users to rig elections; software which was exported from Venezuela to various Latin American countries to allow easy vote-rigging by left-wing autocrats.
In statements on their websites, Smartmatic and Dominion Voting Systems both denied allegations that they were in any way affiliated or that their products shared any “software, hardware or other technology”.
Notably, the Dominion executives are nowhere to be found now. They are moving their offices overnight. Their office in Toronto was shared with one of the Soros entities; one of the leaders of the Dominion project – Lord Mark Malloch-Brown – is Mr. Soros’ #2 person in the UK and part of his organization.
As American Jewish magazine Tablet reported in 2018, Hungarian-born American investor George Soros was then-credited with roughly $32 billion in lifetime spending on political activism through his Open Society Foundations (OSF), making him likely the most generous political donor in world history.
By comparison, today’s record-holder for most generous living philanthropic donor on Earth is Bill Gates, who has given $35.8 billion to charity.
Soros is credited by many with single-handedly providing the infrastructure for democratic reform and anti-corruption efforts in former Soviet states, but has also faced increasing criticism from conservatives in the past two decades over accusations that he personally funds the worst of the Radical Left in the United States.
The OSF funds a byzantine network of activist entities ranging from the fairly benign to the extreme far-left. OSF also works closely with a number of technically-unaffiliated groups and corporations who have strong bonds in the form of repeat business and shared employees.
But one of its most characteristic features is its ability to flip votes. It can be set to run an algorithm that probably ran all over the country to take votes from President Trump and flip them to Vice President Biden.
Which we might never have uncovered if the votes for President Trump had not been so overwhelming in so many of these states that it broke the algorithm that had had been plugged into the system and that is what caused them to shut down in the states they shut down in.
That’s when they came in the backdoor with all the mail-in ballots, many of which they had actually fabricated.
Powell promised eyewitness testimony and “mathematical evidence” that Dominion software’s alleged vote-rigging features had been used to devastating effect in 2020.
One of the Smartmatic patent holders, Eric Coomer … is on the web being recorded in a conversation with Antifa members saying that he had the election rigged for Mr. Biden, that there was ‘nothing to worry about here’ and they were going to ‘f*** Trump’. His social media is filled with hatred for the President and the United States of America as a whole. As are the social media accounts of many other Smartmatic people.
Eric Coomer, the Voting Systems Officer of Strategy and Security at Dominion, was recently wiped from the Dominion website.
Joe Oltman, founder of Faith Education Commerce United, told syndicated journalist Michelle Malkin on Friday that he had infiltrated an Antifa conference call which Coomer joined and was identified as “the Dominion guy”. According to Oltman, Coomer is a “major shareholder” in Dominion and “owns patents associated with other voting systems”.
Powell then explained in detail her allegations that Dominion technology, which was used in 30 states in 2020, had been specifically designed with backdoors and loopholes in mind to allow end-users to rig elections:
People admittedly can go in and change whatever they want. They can set the ratio of votes from one thing to another. They can say that a Biden vote counts as 1.25 and a Trump vote counts as 0.75. And those may be the numbers that were actually used here.

We have evidence of different numbers of votes being injected into the system. The same identical unique 6-digit number multiple times in at least two states that we have analyzed so far, and I’m talking about like 341,542 votes for Biden and 100,012 for Trump. There’s no… logical explanation for the same numbers being injected 20 minutes apart into the machine.
The software manual itself – you can download it from the internet – and I would encourage you all to read it; because it specifically advertises some of these things as features of this system.
After Powell concluded, Trump attorney Jenna Ellis explained to journalists present, “What you’ve heard now is basically an opening statement. This is what you can expect to see when we get to court to actually have a full trial on the merits. To actually show this evidence in court and prove our case.”
Ellis also admonished, “This is not a Law & Order episode where everything is neatly wrapped up in 60 minutes.”
