Allies of Donald Trump, who helped the former president challenge the results of the 2020 presidential election, plan to launch an election integrity organization.
The Election Integrity Alliance will be chaired by Jenna Ellis, one of the lawyers for former president Trump and supported by the American Greatness Fund.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton and former White House trade adviser Peter Navarro will also serve as honorary co-chairmen of the group, according to Politico.
The organization will “build and unite bipartisan allies across the country focused on ending election fraud and strengthening election safeguards by providing information, resources, endorsements of allies’ efforts, and solutions to secure free and fair elections,” the American Greatness Fund said in a statement.

The Election Integrity Alliance will support “free and fair elections,” the Constitution, the Electoral College, the “plenary power of state legislatures to govern election law,” and the “God-given right of the people to self-govern,” according to its website.
Ellis served on Trump’s legal team during the 2020 election and helped him file a litany of lawsuits questioning the integrity of several elections in key swing states, such as Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.
Other members of the board include Trump allies Bernard Kerik, a retired New York police commissioner; Sebastian Gorka, a conservative commentator and former Trump strategist; Michael Donnelly, a constitutional law professor; and Mirna Tarraf, a former Trump legal team special assistant.
“The Election Integrity Alliance’s National Board is comprised of individuals who have fought for election integrity at great personal risk and who are champions for free and fair elections,” the American Greatness Fund said in a statement.

The alliance will start by evaluating the “integrity of elections” in eight states, several of which were the focus of Trump’s lawsuits: Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, Florida, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin.
