(John RansomHeadline USA) Colorado attorney Jenna Ellis told her Twitter audience that she produced 9,000 pages of legal documents created by Donald Trump‘s team that backs up the former president’s contention of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

The J6 committee, when subpoenaing Trump legal advisors, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell and Boris Epshteyn, in addition to Ellis, carefully crafted their press release to make it appear that the mere suggestion that fraud happened during an election is a criminal act, even though no such law exists.

“The four individuals we’ve subpoenaed today advanced unsupported theories about election fraud, pushed efforts to overturn the election results, or were in direct contact with the former President about attempts to stop the counting of electoral votes,” said J6 chair Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., about the subpoenas.

Ellis said that such a characterization by not just liberals, but also by the mainstream media is “baseless” and “totally false” and hinted that the documents might come back to haunt the committee.

“You have — both with Attorney General [Merrick] Garland and with this select committee on January 6, people who have run amok,” Gingrich told Mediaite.

Gingrich then said that after the midterms, the GOP could be issuing subpoenas of their own.

“And all these people who have been so tough, and so mean, and so nasty are going to be delivered subpoenas for every document, every conversation, every tweet, every email,” he  said.
