But according to Youngkin, the solution is not to pour trillions of dollars more into the public education font. Rather, he believes that parents should have a greater say in the education of their children.

Virginia’s parents have had enough with the government dictating how they should raise their children,” he suggested.

He also emphasized that he would continue to support parental rights in education in order to combat the woke-University led push to indoctrinate young children.

“On the campaign trail, I listened to parents and, as governor, I will continue to listen. School boards throughout the Commonwealth should do the same,” he wrote.

“To parents, I say: We respect you. And we will continue to work to empower you in the education and well-being of your children,” he concluded.
