Michigan gubernatorial candidate Ryan Kelley appeared on Big League Politics Live to discuss what he saw while attending the Jan. 6 rally around the U.S. Capitol and his subsequent harassment by Democrats and the far-left media.
Kelley noted that no feds have come to his door for peacefully protesting outside of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, but that hasn’t stopped liberals from calling for him to be arrested for demonstrating his 1st Amendment rights.
“They claim that they have a video footage of me at the Capitol on Jan. 6, saying that, ‘This is war, baby!’, and they had this whole big long article that they put together, this smear piece,” Kelley said.
“The article started off by them making false claims saying that there were several police officers who were killed that day, and that has already been debunked multiple times months ago. So they started off with fake news at the beginning of the article,” he continued.
“And the video clip that they’re talking about as well, I have shown many people, and it is absolutely not my voice that says that, and that is very well-known that they are putting words and a narrative out that is absolutely false,” Kelley added.
He noted that the Left is playing a dangerous game by attempting to paint all Jan. 6 protesters, even ones who committed no violence, as terrorists and insurrectionists.
“We wanted to have an election audit, basically, and we wanted to have our voices heard. We were there to be heard and have our government address things we have grievances about,” Kelley said of the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol protest.
“There were a lot of peaceful protesters. There were a lot of energetic protesters… And I did see a lot of people too who the police maced their faces, they shot them with the flashbombs. There was a lot of conflict,” he added – noting that it was the authorities who initiated most of the violence and made the protest become “heated.”

Big League Politics has reported on how the feds are using Jan. 6 as an excuse to crackdown against patriots and bring the war on terror domestically to target patriots:
“The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) sent jackbooted thugs to point weapons in the faces of a Homer, Ala. couple, shouting insane nonsense about Nancy Pelosi’s laptop, but had the wrong people.
FBI goons went after Paul and Marilyn Hueper, small business owners who operate Homer Inn & Spa, by kicking in their doors at 9am on Apr. 28. They had incorrectly identified Marilyn as a rioter, even though there are many differences between her appearance and the appearance of an individual who allegedly participated in the violent display inside the Capitol.
“It was a little alarming when I turned around the corner. The first thing they did was start barking out commandments,” Paul Hueper said of his experience with the federal thugs during an appearance on Bird’s Eye View, a radio program based out of Kenai.
Paul was separated from his wife, and the feds refused to produce a search warrant for hours as they destroyed property and rifled through their possessions.
“We sat there really for the first hour, not knowing what’s going on,” Paul said on the Bird’s Eye View. “They never offered for us to be comfortable,” he added, “It was very harshly done.”
The feds interrogated Marilyn, showed her the picture, and she pointed out the many differences between herself and the individual they were falsely accusing her of being. The clueless and incompetent FBI goons treated her like she was lying anyway as they made demands about Nancy Pelosi’s laptop, which they are apparently too stupid to track down.
Paul and Marilyn may take action against the FBI because of how their civil liberties were violated by their behavior.
“This energizes me to take the right next step,” Paul said. “This fires me up to take care of my business as a citizen to do what’s right.”‘
In Michigan, there is at least one candidate who will stand up for the rights of Trump supporters who protested election fraud on Jan. 6, and that man is Ryan Kelley. For more information on Kelley’s campaign, visit https://ryandkelley.com/.
