As Cristina Laila reported earlier — Police are investigating a shooting at a Gilroy, California City Council member’s home that left one dead and three wounded.

The shooting occurred early Saturday morning at a Halloween costume party where one person died at the scene and three others were rushed to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

An arrest was made Sunday afternoon.

Police arrested 19-year-old Benjamin David Calderon.

The shooting was outside the home.

Most of the people attending the party were teenagers.
