PHOENIX, AZ- As Americans have seen gas prices go up roughly 60-75% since the beginning of the year, with a pound of bacon somewhere in the neighborhood of $8 a pound, and with many consumer goods in limited supply, the Biden administration is looking to give us the equivalent of a good solid kick to the gonads.
This week, it was reported that the Biden administration, in collaboration with the poorly named American Civil Liberties Union, is hatching a scheme to provide not only amnesty, but also reparations to illegal alien families who were separated under the Trump administration, according to National File.
That scheme would, according to reports, give each person so-separated up to $450,000. Yes, you read that right—roughly one-half a million dollars…each.
Not so fast says Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, who is running for U.S. Senate in the state against beleaguered incumbent Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ).
On Hannity this past Friday, Brnovich slammed the Biden administration, taking them to task for being more concerned about those who’ve broken the law than for Americans who pay their taxes and obey the law.
Brnovich echoed comments made this week by Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) who slammed Biden this week, calling the plot an insult to U.S. military families.
“Let’s put this in context. Congressman Crenshaw mentions those terrible tragedies of the military families but even the victims of 9/11 didn’t get this kind of money.
“The Biden administration, literally, is going to have the federal government snoop on your bank transactions even if you’ve committed no crime and done nothing wrong.
“And yet they’re going to allow people that broke the law, to have the IRS send them half-a-million dollars, essentially of your taxpayer money.
“Thing about that…President Biden cares more about the children in Haiti and Honduras than he does the children of American taxpayers.
“It’s not only unspeakable, it’s unconscionable, it’s unconstitutional. Ant that’s why we have so many lawsuits against the Biden administration, just trying to get them to obey the Constitution and care about the American taxpayers more than they care about people that have broken the law.”
News of the settlement broke this past week from the Wall Street Journal, which is a response to lawsuits filed by illegal aliens with assistance from the ACLU. Although the suits likely have no legal basis, the Biden administration will hand out American taxpayer money regardless.
The amount of money being proposed as a payout is unprecedented, with some families likely to rake in millions of dollars in the reparations scheme, more than some American families make in 20 years if ever.
The fact this is being directed specifically toward those detained during the Trump administration smacks of sheer politics, since similar actions were taken during both the Obama administration and the current administration.
In contrast to handing potentially millions of dollars to illegals, what do families of American soldiers killed in war get? Reports are it is $100,000…that’s it. What an abject insult to those whose sons and daughters, husbands and wives, brothers and sisters paid the ultimate price.
This country and in particular the Biden administration has truly lost its way.

You literally cannot make this up. Months after arming the Taliban with over $80 billion worth of military equipment abandoned in Afghanistan, to add insult to injury Gateway Pundit is reporting the Biden administration is going to send millions of dollars in “humanitarian aid” to the Taliban. Yes, you read that correctly.
As Law Enforcement Today recently reported, the Taliban has turned that abandonment into an outstanding business opportunity, as they have been selling some of that equipment to dealers who are then selling weapons on the open market.
To make matters worse, the Hindustan Times posted a video showing the cache of weapons acquired by the Taliban, as well as pallets of cash. Now, the Biden administration is planning to send more money courtesy of the American taxpayers. This is insanity. It’s almost as if the United States is paying reparations to the very entity that is responsible for killing thousands of Americans.

The U.S. has agreed to provide humanitarian aid to a desperately poor Afghanistan on the brink of an economic disaster, while refusing to give political recognition to the country’s new Taliban rulers, the Taliban said Sunday.
The statement came at the end of the first direct talks between the former foes since the chaotic withdrawal of U.S. troops at the end of August.
There was no immediate comment from the U.S. on the weekend meeting. The Taliban said the talks held in Doha, Qatar, “went well,” with Washington freeing up humanitarian aid to Afghanistan after agreeing not to link such assistance to formal recognition of the Taliban.
Time Magazine reported that the United States is planning on laundering the aid to Afghanistan—a tidy $64 million—through the United Nations, as well as other NGOs. Yet at the same time, the United States has frozen some $7 billion of Afghanistan central bank reserves held by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
Why? Because they are concerned that the Taliban may not “abide by commitments to the U.S. government. In addition, some of the Taliban leadership has been designated as global terrorists which also subjects them to sanctions. One such person is Sirajuddin Haqqani, Afghanistan’s interior minister in charge of police and security, who happens to be on the FBI’s most wanted list.
“It’s a dilemma because you do want to provide life-saving critical assistance,” said Aqil Shah, an expert on South Asia at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
However the Taliban now controls the banking system in the country, as well as the government:
“How do you engage them without legitimizing them?”
On Tuesday, the above was confirmed by Fox News’ Sean Hannity. All of this is of course coming at a time when gas prices have doubled since Biden’s inauguration, when inflation is causing necessities such as food and clothing to skyrocket in prices, and with scores of container ships sitting off our coasts unable to be offloaded. The sheer tone-deafness is mind boggling.
Moreover, the proposal to send so-called “humanitarian aid” comes while at the same time, the U.S. government is refusing to recognize the new Taliban government, which most can agree on. Then why in God’s name would we be sending money to a government which will more likely than not spend that money to foment terrorism against our country.
Feckless State Department spokesman Ned Price said the discussions with the Taliban were “candid and professional,” however the administration said the talks in Qatar should not be interpreted as a signal of forthcoming formal recognition of the regime.
“The Biden administration is planning to send more money to the Taliban. They’re calling it humanitarian aid, but in reality, where I grew up, that looks an awful lot like a massive ransom payment to terrorists.”
Hannity continued, talking about the increased costs being absorbed by the American people.
“He [Biden] is failing this country around every turn, and you are paying the price,” Hannity said. “Inflation is now costing families $175 per month or $2100 more per year—“compliments of Joe Biden,” Hannity said.
He continued railing against the administration’s apparent obsession with the “green” agenda as opposed to the economic impact those policies will have on working-class Americans.
“At the center of our current economic crisis is a clueless president experiencing steep cognitive decline,” noting Biden sometimes ends his workday as early as 3 p.m. on Tuesday.
Biden however is facing bipartisan opposition to his plan to pay off the Taliban.
“Let’s quit sending good money after bad,” said Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) to Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sept. 14. “Releasing money to the Taliban will add insult to injury.”
Meanwhile, the top Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) commented that it was “somewhat absurd” to believe the Taliban will follow U.S. and international community demands.
“We know now that the Taliban had no intention of pursuing a political path,” Menendez said at the Sept. 14 hearing. “They had no intention of breaking ties with al Qaeda, and it clearly had no intention of allowing to have their rightful seat at the table and to participate fully in society.”
Shah acknowledged there are risks to sending money to Afghanistan.
“If you give money to these regimes, some of it is likely to find its way into the wrong hands,” says Shah. “So there’s no perfect solution to this.”

AFGHANISTAN- Congratulations Gen. Milley…congrats Lloyd Austin…well done Joe Biden. Remember all those really cool military grade weapons you abandoned in Afghanistan when you turned tail and ran?
As the American economy is being run into the ground, the Taliban is doing quite well in Afghanistan. How so? Selling the weapons you all left behind to citizens, according to the New York Times.
As reported in The Hill, three weapons dealers in Kandahar told the Times that American pistols, ammunition, rifles, night vision goggles and binoculars have been a hot item in the southern part of the country.
The reports says that dozens of Afghans have entered the military surplus gun business after they paid the Taliban for the equipment. The Taliban was estimated to have acquired some $85 billion or more of military equipment abandoned by the United States during their bungled withdrawal from the war-torn country.
According to the Pentagon (a very “trustworthy” organization), much of the advanced weapons were allegedly disabled prior to America’s departure, however thousands of weapons were still left available for the Taliban, the Times reported.
Some of the weapons were sold by the Taliban to gun dealers since most combat operations in the country have largely ended and they simply have more than they need.
The abandoned weapons have also found their way out of the country into Afghanistan, where there is more demand for the American weapons, the Times said.
“During the insurgency, the Taliban eagerly sought out American-supplied weapons and gear. But now much of that weaponry is being sold to Afghan entrepreneurs because Taliban demand has eased with the end of combat, the gun merchants said. They said that many gun dealers have smuggled the weapons to Pakistan, where demand for American-made weapons is strong,” the report said.
In a statement to the Times, Maj. Rob Lodewick, a Defense Department spokesman said:
“Since 2005, the U.S. military has provided the Afghan national defense and security forces with many thousands of small arms, ranging from pistols to medium machine guns,” he said, according to Gateway Pundit.
A spokesman for the Taliban, however denied selling the weapons.
In an interview with the New York Times, a Taliban spokesman, Bilal Karimi, said that weapons were not for sale. “I totally deny this; our fighters cannot be that careless,” he said. “Even a single person cannot sell a bullet in the market or smuggle it.”
Karimi added that the captured weapons “are all listed, verified and are all saved and secure under the Islamic Emirate for the future army.”
As previously reported by Gateway Pundit, the Taliban was able to acquire, among other things:
- 2,000 armored vehicles including Humvees and MRAPs
- 45 UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters
- 50 MD530G Scout Attack choppers
- 208 miscellaneous aircraft
- 600,000+ small arms, a number of military rifles, grenade launchers Gatling guns and ammunition
- 61,000 M203 rounds
- 20,040 grenades
- Howitzers
- Mortars, including thousands of rounds
- 162,000 pieces of encrypted military communications gear
- 16,000+ night vision goggles
- And a lot more…including millions of rounds of ammunition, including 7.62mm and .50 caliber rounds
There were also unconfirmed rumors that the Taliban secured US military drone jamming equipment.
Maybe the United States can get a deal on eBay.

WASHINGTON, DC- One might think our “leadership” class in Washington, D.C. might have at least a passing interest in finding out why the United States allowed the Taliban to acquire in excess of $85 billion in military equipment abandoned in Afghanistan.
However for Democrats in Washington, D.C., they have decided they will follow the “three monkeys” philosophy where this travesty is concerned—see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.
On Tuesday, Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) slammed Democrat members of the House Oversight Committee, who ostensibly killed an investigation into how that military equipment was left intact and available for the Taliban, which now was one of the most powerful militaries in the world, armed with American-made weapons, aircraft, and equipment.
“Every single Democrat on the committee voted against this measure,” Mace told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview.

“I don’t know how you vote against this,” Mace said of the Democrats, who inexplicably have zero interest in looking into what happened. Mace’s amendment was ruled “out of order,” and Democrats voted to block the measure.
Under Mace’s amendment, it would have redirected $25 million from the Government Accountability Office (GAO) to the to the Department of Defense Inspector General in order to assist in “tracking and recouping military equipment seized by the Taliban.”
So in other words, not only are Democrats not interested in learning how this happened, but they are also not interested in trying to find out where it is and either getting it back or otherwise disposing of it.
Among those voting to block the investigation (and this will come as zero surprise) included far-left Marxist wackos such as Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), Rashida Tlaib (D-MI), Cori Bush (D-MO), Katie Porter (D-CA), Jamie Raskin (R-MD), Ro Khanna (D-CA), Hank (Guam is gonna tip over) Johnson (D-GA), and Ayanna (Chrome Dome) Pressley (D-MA).
Continuing, Mace said, “Thanks to the botched exit from Afghanistan, we effectively gave the Taliban an Air Force, hundreds of thousands of weapons systems, thousands of armored vehicles, thousands of rifles and machine guns, and God knows what else.”
“Today, we have no idea what we left behind and what is now in the hands of the Taliban,” Mace said.
U.S. officials say that between 2002 and 2017, the U.S. transferred some $28 billion in weapons to Afghan forces, however noted that “everything that hasn’t been destroyed is the Taliban’s now.”
Mace continued:
“We had a real opportunity today to address waste, fraud and abuse in Afghanistan, but instead Oversight Democrats were more focused on Bernie Sanders’ budget. Not a single Republican amendment was allowed to pass. No bipartisanship whatsoever.”

Breitbart noted that according to The Hill, between 2003-2009, the U.S. provided the following military equipment to Afghanistan:
75,899 vehicles; 599,690 weapons; 162,643 pieces of communications equipment; 208 aircraft; 6,191 pieces of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance equipment; 7,035 machine guns, 4,702 Humvees; 20,040 hand grenades; 2,520 bombs; and 1,394 grenade launchers.
On August 26, former President Trump, referring to the Afghanistan withdrawal called it an “absolutely stupid…situation,” in a statement to Breitbart News.
“Well, the only thing that surprised me is that everybody knew how absolutely stupid this situation in Afghanistan was, that it should have never ever been this way,” Trump said.
“Because everybody knows…a child would know, you take the military out last. You get everybody out, then you get all the equipment—you take your $83 billion worth of equipment—then you blow up the bases,” the former president continued.
“And perhaps you stay at, you take a certain area that you may want to keep like Bagram and keep the base Bagram because it’s next to China and Iran.”
“It costs billions and billions of dollars to build. And maybe you keep that for other reasons. But everybody knows that you take your military out last. And they took the military out first,” Trump said.
In the past week or two, the Taliban has mocked the United States by parading in videos wearing U.S. uniforms while showing off U.S. gear abandoned during Biden’s failed exit from Afghanistan.
In one such video, the Taliban was shown driving around in an urban setting while driving U.S. vehicles flying the Taliban flag above the heavy military equipment as onlookers looked on.
Not only did Biden and his team of incompetent lackeys abandon U.S. military equipment in Afghanistan, but they also abandoned American citizens and Afghan allies. The information coming out of the White House, Department of Defense, and State Department has been erratic and contradictory.

Originally, the White House claimed some 11,000 Americans were in the country when it collapsed. However on Sunday, the Associated Press reported that the administration had only rescued some 6,000 Americans during the rescue mission.
After the evacuation, Biden said he had stranded (not his words of course) ten percent of the citizens remaining in the country.
That was later contradicted by the State Department, which claimed after the evacuation that only between 100 to 200 Americans have been stranded (yes, stranded Jen Psaki) behind enemy lines. However that number has been contradicted by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA) who told the AP that the number is closer to and over 500.

UNITED STATES- On Thursday, August 19th, former President Donald Trump explained in a statement the correct way President Joe Biden should have conducted the Afghan withdrawal – and it starts with getting Americans out first.
Trump’s statement said:
“First you bring out all of the American citizens. Then you bring out ALL equipment. Then you bomb the bases to smithereens. AND THEN YOU BRING OUT THE MILITARY.”
He added:

Trump’s critique of Biden’s withdrawal underscores the unknown amount of Americans still trapped in the collapsed country since Sunday, August 15th.
Reportedly, estimates have ranged from 10,000 to 40,000, with the Associated Press (AP) reporting on Thursday, August 19th, that 15,000 Americans are stranded.
The United States has evacuated only about 2,000 Americans since the 15th and Russia has since offered to evacuate Afghans.
The AP also reported that the Taliban have erected “checkpoints and curfews” that have limited the number of Americans and Afghans able to enter the airport.
The State Department has asked Americans to travel to the airport to be extracted, however, the U.S. military stated that they cannot guarantee Americans will be safe doing so. On Wednesday, August 17th, the U.S. embassy in Kabul announced a “first come, first serve basis” for flights out of the country. The statement said:
“Please be advised that a significant number of individuals have registered and space on these flights is available on a first come, first serve basis. You may be required to wait at the airport for a significant amount of time until space is available.”
Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin stated that nearly 4,500 American troops are protecting the airport while the State Department evacuates those trapped amid the chaos and increased brutalization by the Taliban within the country.

On Thursday, August 19th, the New York Times reported that Taliban terrorists are “intensifying” their searches for individuals “they believe worked with U.S. and NATO forces,” including among the crowds of Afghans at Kabul’s airport.
The Taliban has said it will “kill or arrest their family members if they cannot find them.” A Washington Post columnist tweeted that Biden left so much military equipment behind in the country that he practically gave the Taliban an air force.

Reportedly, from 2003-2019, the American taxpayer sent the following to Afghanistan:
75,898 vehicles;
599,690 weapons;
162,643 pieces of communications equipment;
208 aircrafts;
6,191 pieces of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance equipment;
7,035 machine guns;
4,702 Humvees;
20,040 hand grenades;
2,520 bombs; and
1,394 grenade launchers
The Hill reported that as of June 30, 2021, Afghanistan had “211 U.S.-supplied aircrafts in their inventory.” Among those aircrafts seized by the Taliban are Black Hawk helicopters and A-29 Super Tucano attack aircraft.
Over the last two decades, the United States has spent an estimated $83 billion training and equipping Afghan security forces. It is unclear exactly how many weapons have fallen into the hands of the Taliban, but the Biden administration has acknowledged it’s a “fair amount.”

On Wednesday, August 18th, more than two dozen Republican senators demanded a “full accounting” of U.S. military equipment given to Afghan forces over the past 12 months, what’s been seized by the Taliban and what plans there are to either recapture or destroy the equipment.
The 25 senators, led by Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), wrote in a letter to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin:
“As we watched the images coming out of Afghanistan as the Taliban retook the country, we were horrified to see U.S. equipment, including UH-60 Black Hawks, in the hands of the Taliban.”
They added:
“It is unconscionable that high-tech military equipment paid for by U.S. taxpayers has fallen into the hands of the Taliban and their terrorist allies. Securing U.S. assets should have been among the top priorities for the U.S. Department of Defense prior to announcing the withdrawal from Afghanistan.”
